You must be at least 18 years old to order. Our equipment is intended for individual use, excluding commercial purposes without our written consent. We may refuse or cancel suspicious, erroneous, or unavailable orders. Any amount paid is then refunded without delay.
Amounts are shown in EUR. Shipping costs are displayed before your final checkout. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we may adjust the calculation prior to shipment. You retain the choice to confirm at the correct price or cancel at no charge.
Orders shipped to France include local tax. Outside France, import taxes and customs procedures are the buyer's responsibility. A parcel rejected at customs follows our return procedure. Incurred shipping costs remain deducted from the refund.
We accept payments via Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. Our website does not store any banking details.
The order is recorded upon payment. You receive an email with your reference number. The contract takes effect upon actual dispatch of the equipment. Prior to that point, we may decline the order and issue a full refund.
An unverified payment holds the dispatch of the equipment. For cash on delivery, any unclaimed or refused parcel is returned to our warehouse and cancels the sale.
We process the information required to ship tools, manage our communications, and grant site access, in accordance with our privacy policy. Cookie management details can be found on our dedicated page. These policies supplement our terms.
Use each piece of equipment according to its technical sheet and included usage guidelines. Keep parts out of reach of children, unless designed for them. Our images accurately represent our tools. Display variations across screens do not constitute a defect.
Store equipment according to original instructions. Respect expiration dates when indicated on the product. Sort packaging and used tools in accordance with local recycling regulations.

Shipping options and rates are listed on the Delivery page. Stated delivery times are estimates in business days from our workshop. An order containing multiple items may ship in separate deliveries.
We remain responsible for the shipment until it is delivered to your address. Risk transfers to you once the parcel is received. Report any shipping damage within 48 hours to [email protected], along with photos. Please double-check the entered address. A return caused by an incorrect address or failure to collect the parcel will result in the deduction of actual shipping costs.
You have 30 days after delivery to return an item according to our instructions. Request a return number before shipping and only use the provided address. The item amount will be refunded to you. Original shipping fees are refunded only in the event of an error on our part or a product defect. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
Equipment must match its description and be free of initial defects. All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in Articles L. 217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code for a period of two years from delivery, as well as the statutory warranty against hidden defects within the meaning of Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code. Any defective item under statutory warranty will be inspected for repair, replacement, or refund. Normal wear and tear, improper use, or impact damage occurring after delivery are not covered.
It is prohibited to use this site for unlawful purposes, disrupt its operation, scrape user data, or publish harmful content. A violation may lead to the suspension of your access.
Photographs, text, logos, and graphic elements belong to Peson SAS or its partners. You may print a page for personal use. Any commercial distribution without prior written consent remains prohibited.

The contractual liability of Peson SAS is expressly limited to the total amount of the order paid by the customer or, where applicable, to a flat rate of 100 euros for any foreseeable direct damage. Our liability applies in full in cases of gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or personal injury, as well as under mandatory statutory requirements. Outside of these circumstances, our liability is limited solely to foreseeable and direct damages.
You are liable for any third-party claims resulting from your breach of these terms or from your posts on our platform, within the limits of the law.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with French law. Any dispute concerning their validity, interpretation, or performance shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts. In the event of an ongoing dispute, the courts at our registered office hold jurisdiction. Individual consumers may also bring action in the court of their place of residence. Mandatory public policy rules in your country remain applicable.
Communications, receipts, and confirmations are sent by email to the address provided during checkout. Please maintain an active inbox and check your spam folder. Any notice sent to this address constitutes valid proof.
We may transfer our obligations to a successor of our business without diminishing your rights. You may not assign your contract without our prior written consent.
A failure to enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver for future enforcement.
The invalidity of any clause does not affect the remaining terms. Any unenforceable provision will be replaced by valid wording that matches its intent as closely as possible.
Any breach of these terms may result in account termination or the refusal of future purchases. Parcels already dispatched will still be fulfilled.
These terms, the accompanying policies, and the purchase confirmation form our complete agreement. In the event of any discrepancy, the version in the language of the order shall prevail.
